Shipping and delivery
We send all our packages with DHL, UPS or PostNord. These are the there leading delivery services in Sweden and in the whole world, so you can be sure that your product is handled in the best way. Please note that during holidays and high loads, deliveries may be delayed.
Shipping terms
All prices on products include VAT. We supply all products and accessories with a shipping cost of 4,9 Euro/order regardless of the number of goods. Free shipping for orders over 80 Euro, no matter in the world.
Delivery time
Usually the order is sent the working day after payment is received and it usually takes 1-3 working days within Sweden to receive the order. Within Nordic it can take up to 3-7 working days. And to other countries it can take up to 10-15 working days.
If the products we don’t have in the stock we will ship it from our manufactory, this information will be mentioned in the product description.
Delivery status
Once we have received your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation from us via email.
Delivery delays
Should there be a delay in delivery, we will notify you via email. In that case you also have the option to choose a replacement item or cancel your purchase.
